The electro-optical block is independant from the base and has a handle to facilitate the removal.
The case of the electro-optical block is standard and can be exchanged with other plugs.
In betwen the electro-optical block and the base there are 2 rails that facilitate vertical extraction and avoid horizontal glide.
The hidraulic cooling system is located in the widest side of the based, milled on the allumium and closed with a case and a gasket.
The logo appears convexly in the side of the base, sanded, to contrast the raw alluminum with the white lacquer.
The fixing points are retracted, located in lower left side at the lateral of the base to make them line up with the optical axis.
Adamatis
Adamatis is a sensor for quality control for the company Videosystems. Inspired by the languages of steel industry products and the clean lines of minimal products. It is composed of a base and an electro-optical block. The base has a lateral, generously wider than the other, which serves in the manner of a protective shield and as a distinctive feature of the product, in which it has been inserted the logo in a convex way polishing the edges and leaving the view of the aluminum in order to raise logo. The base integrates the basic fixing holes, which are retracted to maintain the point fixing in the same axis of the optic, and the system of water cooling, through a slot milled into the surface, closed with a lid and a gasket.
A whole range of sensors were created keeping a family feeling based on the first sensor. The logo as well as the computer user interface were created manteing the same visual concept. Unificating coherently graphic and product design.
