Axis
Axis is a shelving system based on a three-dimensional joint. The incisions in the 3 elements of the system stabilize the structure allowing it to be free of screws or glue. It allows freedom of construction in three different axes (X, Y and Z), as a set of interconnectable blocks. [Displayed at Øya festival 2015].
The Axis system combination dysplayed on the pictures consist in four identical vertical colums of 170x2,50x3, ten identical horizontal beams of 32x2,50x3 of birch solid wood and 5 plates of one centimer of thickness in laminate wood.
